Job Description
Lead division‑wide inventory and production control, including material tracking, record accuracy, and inventory performance
Develop and execute planning, replenishment, and demand support strategies
Improve customer on‑time delivery while maintaining or reducing inventory levels
Lead a team of 4 direct reports and 16 indirect reports across multiple locations
Drive the use of PFEP, Optimizer tools, and planning models to improve inventory and production sequencing
Support and enhance the Supply Line Planning (SLP) process
Balance 80% strategic leadership with 20% tactical execution, including technical work, record keeping, and process automation

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree
5–7 years of experience in inventory and production control, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proven leadership experience managing direct and indirect teams
Strong understanding of inventory management, material planning, and production control processes
Experience with MRP and ERP systems
Working knowledge of Lean and Kaizen principles
Ability to develop and improve planning or supply chain models based on business needs
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with PFEP (Plan For Every Part) and Optimizer tools
Exposure to or experience with Supply Line Planning (SLP)
Multi‑site manufacturing experience
