Job Description
An Insight Global client is seeking to hire a Program Manager to oversee a multi-year new product development project. This person will be responsible for delivering this new product by working cross functionally across R+D, prototyping, manufacturing and business teams to bring this product from inception to full production. This person ideally will have an engineering background in the solar (perovskite or Cadtel preferred) or semiconductor industry, business/project/program management experience and the ability to present updates and drive business objectives across multiple executives. To accomplish the program goals this person will have a team of 5-7 direct reports (additional program managers) who will report directly into this person. The role will require the person to be on site in the Toledo, OH area. We can offer a salary range of $127,700 to $182,000 and there is the potential for additional bonus earnings.

Required Skills & Experience
- Master's degree in engineering (chemical, electric, mechanical or related).
- At least 15+ years of engineering experience in the solar or semiconductor industries.
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in process engineering or process development.
- At least 5+ years of experience in program or project management - preferably in new product development, R+D or Prototyping.
- Leadership experience - leading teams and driving results - preferred if it has been research & development or new product related.
Soft skills - ownership, accountability, collaboration, cross-functionality.
