An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire an Integration Manager in the Toledo, OH area. This person will be responsible for taking new products and technology improvements from the R+D team and ensuring production success in the manufacturing and quality teams. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 10 years of experience with thin-films process engineering and has worked in highly matrixed organizations. Success for this role is based on meeting on-time product deadlines and implementing successful new technologies into production. This role does require in-person office time in the Toledo, OH area, however there is some limited remote work flexibility. We can offer a salary of $125,000 to $175,000 plus performance bonuses for this opportunity. Exact compensation may differ depending on education and years of experience.

- Bachelor's Degree required in engineering (physics, chemical, electrical, material science or related preferred)
- Master's or Ph.D. in engineering strongly preferred (physics, chemical, electrical, material science or related preferred)
- 10+ years of professional experience working in process engineering, process development or integration management - proven ability to implement new thin-film technologies into production, increase yield, and improve product reliability.
- Strong data analysis skills - experience with SPC, Multivariate Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Regression Analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Experience with statistical software tools such as JMP
- Must have experience in large, matrixed organizations and proven experience coordinating multiple competing departments to rally around a common goal.
Must have a proactive, and productively skeptical personality - look at problems from all angles.
