Job Description
• Build and test prototypes of mobile equipment
• Run performance tests (engine, hydraulic, structural, cooling, etc.)
• Set up and operate data collection systems
• Analyze and document test results
• Collaborate with engineers during builds; work independently during testing

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience testing mobile/off-highway construction equipment (refuse trucks, garbage trucks, or rental fleet equipment are good substitutes/examples)
• Understanding of full-system mechanics (hydraulics, engines, electronics)
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, dirty environment
• Ability to work independently on testing tasks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with data acquisition tools (SOMAC EDAX, Siemens)
• Strong technical report writing skills
• Familiarity with prototype builds and validation processes
