Paint Maintenance Technician

Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a paint maintenance technician that can:

• Perform mechanical maintenance including greasing/oiling gearboxes and chains.
• Inspect and maintain paint kitchen systems.
• Support and maintain - 100 paint pumps.
• De‑energize and replace paint pumps as needed.
• Work with sledge systems and overspray equipment.
• Handle chemicals and support pure‑water creation processes.
• Maintain fan systems (6 total) and abatement systems.
• Work with burner controls, specifically ovens.
• Fabrication skills: basic design and machine functionality.
• Welding: TIG (80%) and Stick (20%).

Compensation: $35/hr

Qualifications:
• Associate's in Engineering Science/Technology or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with burner controls (oven experience preferred).
• Experience with PLC Control Logix.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical prints and follow industrial safety standards.
• Knowledge in HMI software programming (Simplicity preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 20-50 lbs.

Preferred:
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Fabrication skills: basic design and machine functionality.
• Welding: TIG (80%) and Stick (20%).
