Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a IT PM to join their team who is responsible for leading complex, enterprise wide IT projects from initiation through delivery and serves as primary contact between the project / production team, project sponsor and vendor(s) throughout the process.
Job Responsibilities :
• Plan execute and finalize large scale IT projects, including software implementation, system upgrades, cloud migration and infrastructure overhauls
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaborations with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and work breakdown structures
• Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Collaborate with technical teams ( software developers, engineers and system architect) to ensure alignment of project objectives with technical capabilities and resources
• Facilitate technical discussions and provide guidance on enterprise level IT standards
• Work closely with the business units, technical teams and external partners to understand project requirements, dependencies and priorities
• Ensure consistent communication with all stake holders, providing project updates, progress reports and addressing concerns
• Lead cross functional project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as an IT PM.
Strong background of Information Technology and general IT knowledge
Capable of working with Park’s current team and not have everything perfectly ready “to go” for them.
