Job Duties
Support sourcing activities for assigned categories by assisting with supplier communication, quotations, and data analysis.
Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and part data within procurement systems to support business continuity.
Assist with supplier performance tracking, issue documentation, and reporting under guidance from senior team members.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to support part qualification, changes, and basic sourcing initiatives.
Participate in RFQs, cost comparisons, and savings tracking activities.
Support supplier onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Develop foundational sourcing and negotiation skills through hands-on experience and training.

Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years related experience
Associate's degree (Business, Supply Chain or Engineering)
Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
Frequent travel (6-20%) & Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
Must be willing to work onsite – New Bremen, Ohio
- Manufacturing industry experience
- New Product development experience 2-4 years
- stakeholder relationship experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Interpersonal, teamwork and negotiation aptitude skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Manufacturing Engineering or other technical experience.
CPSM, APICS, CIPS, or comparable training are also preferred.
