Job Description

Day to day:
- Report to the Project Manager and align with project schedules and directives.
- Oversee daily site operations, safety conditions, and milestone adherence.
- Manage labor and ensure team compliance with customer standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with Field Engineers and other trades to execute work efficiently.
- Monitor work quality and conduct QA/QC reviews before final inspections.
- Track project data, material needs, and overall delivery performance.
- Recommend training for Leads based on performance and development needs.
- Support both new deployments and live site/production requests.

Required Skills & Experience

Must haves:
- Must have prior experience five (5) plus years preferred) in the installation of standard cabling technologies, rack infrastructure and in managing large scale build projects
- Must be capable of leading multiple crews 50-100 people
- Certified cabling test technician (CFTT) and certified fiber installer (CFI) or Equivalent as appropriate (BICSI or FOA -fiber optic association)
- Understanding of both copper and fiber installs, terminations, certifications and troubleshooting
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Project)
- Must know how to read/understand drawings/blueprints and portmaps
Capable of running large projects mission critical projects
