Job Description
The position is to aid the project management team supporting additive manufacturing and cold spray repair technologies. The work will primarily support government customers, but some industrial business may be supported as well. Specific work tasks include taking meeting minutes; updating and managing action items; preparing briefing slides; updating project management tools such as MS Project or Excel spreadsheets; setting up meetings and managing calendars. This will all be done to assist the project managers with managing all phases of a project and a program: Initiation, Definition and Planning, Execution, Implementation, Control and Closure. Further, this position would assist the project or program manager in managing cost, schedule, performance, risk, change and quality for all assigned projects and programs. This position will also support the financial objectives by assisting with forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in an area of business management.
• Experience with project management responsibilities including assistance in managing cost, schedule, performance, scope, risk, change and/or quality.
