Job Description
A Client of ours is seeking a fully remote AI Program Manager to drive execution across high-impact strategic initiatives within their Data Analytics & Automation (DAA) group. This role is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for translating strategy into delivery, orchestrating cross-functional work, and ensuring programs ship, scale, and deliver measurable value. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, product, engineering, and go-to-market, supporting initiatives such as advanced analytics platforms and AI enabled automation programs that help Siemens scale insight driven decision making. This role has no people management responsibilities and leads through influence, structure, and execution excellence.
Areas of Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs from planning through launch and adoption
• Translate ambiguous objectives into clear roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and operations
• Run program operating rhythms (planning, tracking, risk management, executive updates)
• Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early and drive timely decisions
• Ensure solutions are launched, adopted, and delivering business impact
• Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years’ experience in program management, product operations, or strategy-to-execution roles
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives without formal authority
• Strong execution mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with analytics, data, or AI-enabled programs
• Exposure to AI/ML product development or data platform implementation
• Experience scaling pilot programs into enterprise adopted solutions
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, matrixed environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with marketing analytics, go-to-market operations, or growth enablement
• Background in incubation, innovation, or scaling pilot programs
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models
