Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an ServiceNow Engineer to join one of our top clients. This person will sit in Mayfield Heights, OH. We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Engineer. This person will be joining a team of roughly 10, working closely along 4 other ServiceNow Engineers. The ServiceNow Engineer is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the ServiceNow platform. They will be working very closely with ITSM. This role requires a deep understanding ServiceNow processes, data governance, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure the strategies are effectively integrated and utilized across the organization. This role is roughly 120-140K with a bonus.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience within IT
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong experience with road mapping and strategic directions
• In depth knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, including modules like ITSM
• Experience with ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Masters Degree
• Certifications (CAD ITSM or ITOM)
