Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Process Automation Specialist to work at one of our top clients. This person is going to be working autonomously with the client. They will learn the teams environment, team, products, and then make recommendations of how to use process automation to drive the organization forward. This person will be the sole onshore resource building out their process automation. They will have two offshore contractors that they will be able to give responsibilities to, but not manage. 85% of the work is on UI Path and the other 15% is on PowerApps. This role is roughly 140-160K

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area
(Or international equivalent)
• 5+ years related IT experience; automation or digital optimization preferred
• UI Path experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
