Job Description

An employer is seeking a Sr. Technician for a long-term opportunity in the Mason, OH area. This sr. technician will be joining the operations/assembly team for a large space and sensors manufacturer. The team works a 9-80 schedule in Mason and are seeking a technician with J-STD or IPC 610 certifications for the soldering process. Day to day responsibilities will include working at microscopic levels, configuring cabling on component assembly line. This is a clean work environment and must adhere to all GMP clean room processes. Other day to day responsibilities will include on time delivery, assembling electrical components and inspection of hardware at the manufacturing line.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly
J-STD or IPC 610 certification
Ability to interpret and read drawings
Strong communication
Comfortable working at microscopic level for component assembly

Advanced soldering
