Job Description

Radiant Technology is seeking an Installation Technician II who will perform installations for customer projects including AV equipment and related electronic system component installations, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for all equipment and fabrication as needed, cable pulls and cable terminations. This position would be expected to lead and direct installation crews on small to mid-size projects to meet scope, design, and project requirements. Installation Technician II will coordinate and report progress to the Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Follow project design and customer deliverables to ensure project meets time scope, budget, safety, and all customer requirements.
Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
Plan work for team, monitor quality and performance to deliver on project objectives.
Commission system with an engineer to finalize functionality for control and DSP systems.
Mentor and supervise Level I and Level II Technicians.
Perform on-site rack builds including populating, wiring, labelling, and dressing.
Perform operational training as needed.
Work with Project Manager to facilitate resources required and changes. 
Complete project documentation as needed.
Travel to various job sites required.
