The primary responsibility of an Associate Attorney in our Firm is to handle a significant portion
of plan design (sales) and the provision of legal services for pre-planning and crisis cases. The
Associate Attorney needs to understand basic estate planning documents, trusts, Medicaid
planning, and probate items. The Associate Attorney will work closely with the firms paralegals
and client success manager team to support the firms clients.
Compensation: $80-85k plus bonus structure.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Hold an active, in good standing Ohio Law License.
At least two (2) years of legal sales experience.
Experience with either Family Law or Personal Injury Law
