Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to support and scale enterprise device management across a large, multi-platform environment. This role will focus on endpoint security, imaging, patching, and device lifecycle management across Windows and Apple ecosystems. This individual will play a key role in ongoing infrastructure modernization efforts, including a transition to cloud-based device management and support of large-scale deployments tied to critical business initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years of experience in endpoint management / desktop engineering
Strong experience with:
Jamf Pro (enterprise Apple device management)
SCCM / MECM (imaging, patching, software deployment)
Experience managing both:
Windows environments
macOS / iOS environments
Hands-on experience with:
Device imaging and provisioning
Patch management processes
Microsoft Intune experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Jamf Pro certifications
PowerShell scripting
