Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for an engineer who can work in their plants and travel 70-75% of the time. The main duties of this engineer will include installing, troubleshooting, and upgrading chillers, cooling towers, and pump decks. These chillers are used to keep their machines working, ensuring production runs smoothly.

The Plant Service Engineer is responsible for successfully implementing various manufacturing platforms that are used for production in both domestic and international locations. The Plant Services Engineer acts as the project manager for implementing some projects and participates in the implementation on the plant floor in many others. Plant Service Group engineers are the liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing.

Power Fluids Experience
Experience with Chillers / Pump Decks AND Cooling Towers
Air Compressor Experience
Sizing Installation Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Proficient in AutoCAD (highly preferred)
Associates degree OR Bachelors degree
Familiarity with Lean processes and Continuous Improvement tools
Plastic extrusion or injection mold experience
HVAC Experience in the Military
