Job Description

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Work 1:1 or in small group settings to support students with academic, social, emotional, and behavioral goals

Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavioral responses

Assist with behavior de-escalation and crisis management under established protocols

Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and school administrators

Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelors degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities highly desirable

Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

Ability to follow behavioral protocols consistently and work in a fast-paced school environment
