Job Description
A client in the Geneva, OH area is looking for a Lead Mechanical/Systems Engineer to join their team. In this role you will be dedicated to supporting the existing products in production as well as new product requests from external customers. This role allows you to follow the product from concept through prototyping and production.

Required Skills & Experience
8-10+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience
5+ years working in a manufacturing/production environment
3D CAD Design experience (ideally with Solidworks)
Experience developing and maintaining Gantt charts
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experienced leading CAD Design teams
Experienced working with Sheetmetal
Understanding of air conditioner rating testing (ASHRAE Standard 37)
Experience with an SAP or a similar ERP software
Solidworks EPDM module
AutoCAD
Knowledge of MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-464
Masters in Mechanical Engineering
