Key Account Manager

Must Haves:

• Four Year bachelor’s degree
• 5+ Years of experience with Logistics & Warehouse Management – Specifically Multi Client logistic center – B2B & B2C
• Experience helping on the Manufacturing Floor, working with operations, and receiving – “Not afraid to get hands dirty and roll up sleeves”
• Experience managing relationships with multiple clients, anticipating the needs of customers
• Ability to act independently and act quickly and efficiently with customers and across the business


Pluses:

• Knowledge of SLA and Business Reports
• Experience with WMS, Access GD
• Leadership Experience


Key Role Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met.
• Mastermind creative ways to deliver exceptional client experience.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols.
• Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
• Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals.
• Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes.
• Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement.
• Work within the warehouse and with the Team to coordinate exceptional client satisfaction.


Day to Day/Responsibilities:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Key Account Manager to come in and be the “air traffic controller to manage orders coming in and getting the information to the correct internal people on the floor, as well as the right customers externally. This person will need to have strong experience managing several accounts and needs to come from a logistics background (specifically multi-client B2B & B2C). The ideal candidate will be able to be proactive and think on their feet by not asking a lot of questions and instead just going and doing it. This person should be multi-faceted, problem solver who can act quickly and take care of their customers at key accounts.


SALARY: 100K
