Insight Global is looking to hire a Solutions Analyst for one of our largest clients headquartered in North Canton, OH. As a Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to create, implement and execute training plans to instruct truck drivers and other logistics personnel to use in-cab computer systems and software. You will be working with project management and installations teams to coordinate rollout and implementation of trucking computer systems at sites. You will be responsible for providing software support both in-person and remote for the onboard computer software solution. You will also be administrating creation and setup of user accounts in backend trucking systems. This position does require travel up to 30%.

- 2 years experience in operation and analysis of software systems and standards

- Familiarity with Enterprise Transportation Management (ETM) software
- Technical knowledge of SQL
