The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate team meetings and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
