Collaborate with business units to understand their goals, processes, and challenges.
Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions.
Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Conduct gap analyses and propose process improvements.
Assist in the development of test plans and participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
