Job Description
An aerospace company in the Cincinnati, OH area is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the product validation team that’s responsible for designing and integrating mechanical systems that enable engine testing within test cells. This individual will be responsible for designing and analyzing hardware that connects engines for testing purposes. Responsibilities include:
- Design and develop engine test enabling hardware including mounts, inlet/exhaust systems, and fluid connections.
- Collaborate with engineering and facility teams to integrate systems such as: Fuel lines, High-temperature air systems, Lube systems, Air bleed systems
- Perform structural and fluid system analysis using tools like ANSYS.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure proper installation and operation of test hardware.
