Job Description

* Support the execution of recall management in 15 distribution centers.

* Contribute to the proper management of product quality complaints and adverse events in accordance with company policies, directives and standard operating procedures.

* Report process metrics relating to timeliness of complaint investigations and quality of complaint records.

* Document and follow-up on any investigation summaries provided by supplier or manufacturer identifying root cause and any corrective actions pertaining to complaints.

* Collaborate with the internal sales team when communicating with customers requiring customer outreach and follow-up.

* Draft communication with suppliers and ensure follow-up with suppliers meet established workflows and service level agreements (SLA).

* Acts as quality process subject matter expert as assigned to support continued process definition, mapping, and documentation.

* Partners with supplier relations & procurement teams as a quality liaison to key distribution suppliers including manufacturers of Covetrus products.

* Manages supplier-related data within the Covetrus electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) software application.

* Collaborate with the internal teams, Master Data, Operations, Safety, Regulatory Compliance to understand new products and system attributes needed to approve products

* Reviews product attributes to ensure accuracy and consistency across product lines
