PAY RATE RANGE 80-90/hr.
Greif Inc., a leading supplier of industrial packaging products and services with a global footprint across more than thirty countries and 200-plus locations, is seeking a Senior Manager of Portfolio Management to help shape, operate, and continuously improve portfolio management within the Enterprise PMO (EPMO).
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building clarity in complex environments, partnering closely with IT and business leaders, and translating demand into actionable plans. The Senior Manager will play a key role in establishing portfolio visibility, enabling prioritization and trade-off discussions, and providing insights into demand, capacity, project health, and financial performance across the IT portfolio.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8-12 years in portfolio, program, or product management, PMO, or related roles.
• Experience building portfolio management capabilities.
• Comfort operating in environments where priorities evolve and structure is continuously refined.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to synthesize information and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
• Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and facilitating structured discussions.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Clear communicator with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience with portfolio, project, product or capacity planning tools (PPM platforms, or similar).
• Strong data and reporting skills (e.g., Excel, dashboards).
• Naturally seeks out inefficiencies and simplifies processes through continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional delivery environments.
• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or similar certifications are a plus but not required.
