Job Description
An employer in the Dayton, Ohio area is looking for a Provider Network Coordinator to join their team as a remote contract employee. This individual will be responsible for loading provider records into their database. This data will be used by internal departments, providers, and the member community. They will be adhering to requirements that are set by various state and federal entities and will be responsible for meeting aggressive Service Level Agreements (SLAs). In addition, this individual will be working cross-functionally and will serve as the subject matter expert for the provider database system.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) is required
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a managed care environment
Experience using Cactus and Facets
Proficiency with MS Office
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associates Degree in a healthcare related field is preferred
