Insight Global is looking for a Title Assistant to provides high-level administrative and operational support to a Senior Underwriter and plays a key role within Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services organization. This position supports complex, multi‑state commercial transactions by assisting with title review, documentation, and coordination across internal teams and external partners, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative and transactional support to a Senior Underwriter within the National Commercial Services team
Assist with multi‑state and national commercial transactions, including title review, clearance, and underwriting support
Coordinate with national commercial teams, underwriters, attorneys, lenders, and internal stakeholders to facilitate complex closings

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years with prior experience in title, escrow, or real estate support preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and title/escrow software systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required (additional coursework in real estate or business a plus)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with Ohio title and escrow processes
Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions
Knowledge of title insurance policies, commitments, and endorsements
