Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a PC/Desktop Support technician to work onsite 5 days a week in Columbus, Ohio. Seeking PC Technician with primary responsibilities around desktop support, imaging and customers service. Performs basic workstation troubleshooting and maintenance by collection of information to respond and or resolve routine tier 1 & 2 problems. May be used from time to time to support the ITS Call Center when needed. Basic Duties • Provides telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Provides basic diagnosis, analysis and resolution of issues and customers).
• Independently images and or reimages equipment in preparation for deployment.

pay rate: 25-30/hr
