Job Description

Using documented standards create scripts that will validate compliance of standards within the network
Remediating exceptions found within the network.
Working with Tier IV engineering on the completeness and accuracy of the standards
Reporting on exceptions to the standards and the exceptions that were remediated.
Tracking and reporting on standard IOS versions
Remediating IOS versions that are out of compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

Must have strong automation scripting skills (Python). 5+ years hands on Python development
Infrastructure Network Technology Delivery experience with additional experience on delivering Info Security based infrastructure solutions in an enterprise-wide environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience developing strategies and deployment plans with the ability to influence senior / mid-level engineers in technology organizations.
Strong understanding of Cisco devices, IOS, and configuration best practices.
NetMRI experience
Candidate should have working experience in managing enterprise infrastructures, using scripting to managing changes on multiple devices without impact to the organization's business processes.
Strong ability to collaborate across engineering teams and organizations, develop plans, prioritize work and execute broad understanding of infrastructure concepts in solving business problems.
Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions in business terms with internal/external clients and various levels of management.
