A major client of Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master in the Dublin, OH area. This Scrum Master will be a part of a team that is responsible for maintaining the stability, reliability, and performance of critical systems and services. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Agile methodologies and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly due to operational needs.
Key responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies for the team.
Manage and prioritize a dynamic backlog of operational tasks, incidents, and service requests.
Ensure timely resolution of production issues while balancing ongoing maintenance and improvement efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, application support, and business stakeholders.
Track and report on team metrics, throughput, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
Help the team identify and remove blockers, improve workflows, and adopt best practices.
Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement, stability, and risk mitigation.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
ITIL or other service management experience.
