Scrum Master (AI)

Pay Rate Range 90-100/hr.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Greif is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple small, fast-moving delivery teams operating within an innovation and lab-style delivery environment. This role is designed for a seasoned agile practitioner who can simultaneously lead multiple scrum teams, maintain delivery discipline, and provide clear roll-up visibility to technology and business leadership. This is not a junior or single-team Scrum Master role. The individual in this position will serve as the Scrum Master for five or more delivery teams, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and provide a consolidated “scrum of scrums” view of progress, risks, and blockers. The role requires strong facilitation skills, confidence operating with senior leaders, and the ability to maintain momentum across parallel workstreams.
This Scrum Master operates independently, brings structured agile fundamentals, and helps teams deliver outcomes with velocity and minimal defects.

MUST HAVES
o 8-12 years of experience in delivery, agile or project execution roles
o 5+ years of experience operating as a scrum master in complex, multi-team environments
o Demonstrated experience serving as scrum master for multiple teams simultaneously
o Proven ability to operate independently in fast paced, evolving environments
o Experience working with senior technology and business leaders
o Strong command of scrum and agile delivery principles (Kanban)
o Jira, Confluence, or similar experience
