Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Quality Assurance Lead to support enterprise technology initiatives centered around the Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for leading quality assurance planning, test execution coordination, and overall testing governance across multiple project workstreams.
The QA Lead will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and end users to ensure delivered solutions meet functional requirements, business expectations, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in structured testing processes within Agile project environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing leadership roles
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce projects and implementations
• Experience developing test plans, test cases, and regression testing suites
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing with business users

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Strong experience using Atlassian Jira for defect and project tracking
• Hands-on experience with Xray Test Management for Jira or similar test management platforms
• Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications
• Familiarity with API and integration testing
• Experience with automated testing tools and QA best practices
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing project environments
