Pay Rate: $40-$59hr
This position, with the assistance of a Business Analyst, will lead the program from design through initial implementation to ensure milestones are met timely and that the project is completed by the necessary deadlines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented while envisioning overall operational goals and has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive changes across all functions.

Minimum four years of business analysis experience. - 4 years
Minimum two years in program management experience - 2 years
Experience with financial accounting and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems - 2 years
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study: Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
· Experience with Healthcare/Mental Health environment
· Experience with federal grants and associated processes and regulations
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organization and time management skills
· Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
Ability to operate across the business and in different environments.
