Job Description
The Payroll Systems Analyst serves as the System Administrator, SME and key point of contact for the payroll systems (Kronos and ADP) including day-to-day system maintenance support. This position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the payroll systems environment, integrations, and business processes. Responsibilities include facilitating the research, development, documentation, and re-engineering of payroll business processes. This position is responsible for Kronos and ADP payroll system configuration, ensuring data integrity through audits and report writing into the timekeeping software. Responsible for weekly production payroll support and triage/mitigate/research any system/integration issues impacting payroll processing. This includes correcting and finding solutions and liaison with internal stakeholders and vendor support if necessary.

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor's in finance or related field
· 4-6 years of experience working with payroll systems such as Kronos, ADP or Workday with responsibility for setup and maintenance
· 4-6 years of functional working experience with Kronos doing configuration and administration.
· 3- 5 years of Multi-State Payroll experience
· Proficient in writing Kronos and ADPR reports
Knowledge of and ability to use MS Office Suite products
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
In depth knowledge of Kronos/Workday, Customer service skills, communication skills, communicate business to technical people, experience in payroll reports
