Job Description

Primary MuleSoft Architect serving as the principal technical advisor for DCY’s integration strategy and responsible for supporting the delivery of DCY’s MuleSoft program. Activities include:
•Leading the design and governance of MuleSoft as DCY’s enterprise integration platform.
•Establishing and enforcing MuleSoft architectural standards, integration best practices, and security/compliance guidelines.
•Overseeing the execution of integration solutions, ensuring alignment with DCY enterprise standards.
•Providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to MuleSoft developers and integration teams.
•Collaborating with the Salesforce Program Architect and Program Manager to ensure end-to-end solution coherence across business and technical workstreams.
•Supporting issue resolution, performance optimization, and scalability planning for MuleSoft integrations.
•Documenting integration designs, reusable assets, and operational runbooks for knowledge transfer to DCY technical teams.
•Advising on automated testing strategies for MuleSoft APIs and integrations, including frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure quality and reliability.
•Other integration priorities as agreed and prioritized in the 30/60/90 day plan.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven track record of leading MuleSoft platform governance and enterprise-level integration initiatives
- Experience mentoring technical teams and conducting code reviews in a collaborative development environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration and cross-platform solution design
- Deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, microservices architecture, and event-driven design
- Proficiency in designing secure, scalable, and compliant integration solutions
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices for MuleSoft
