Job Description

DAY TO DAY:

Most of their work will be reactionary and will involve troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems. This person needs to have a strong sense of leadership and communication in order to gel well with the team. The employee will be a front-line supervisor, so they will be working on the line with their direct reports. Duties of this job will include changing out motors, pumps, and gear boxes as well.

Required Skills & Experience

MUST:

Troubleshooting Mechanical and Electrical systems

Troubleshooting 3-phase equipment

Pneumatic experience

Reading blueprints and schematics

Testing high and low voltage (up to 480)

5-10 years of experience
