Job Description
As an Electrical Engineer, you will:
• Design medium voltage incoming tie-in through low voltage distribution throughout facilities, heavy-load feeders, and large-facility electrical layouts.
• Specify and design electrical and controls systems for industrial blasting and coating facilities.
• Produce schematics, panel layouts, and detailed electrical documentation in AutoCAD.
• Prepares scopes of work for external engineering subconsultants and manages budget, schedule, and scope.
• Ensure all designs meet NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and other compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and SMEs to integrate electrical systems into overall facility design.
• Support procurement and vendors to ensure components meet standards and specifications.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at project sites.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial or large-facility projects.
• Strong background in heavy power design (main feeders, distribution systems, grounding systems, and high-load equipment).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore a plus.
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and related codes.
• Experience using EasyPower, ETAP, SKM, PSS, or other modeling software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
