The Cyber Security Program Manager will lead complex cybersecurity programs from end to end, ensuring alignment with both security and organizational goals. This includes developing technical roadmaps, managing project plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role involves close collaboration with the CSO, senior leadership, and technical teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and maintain resilience against emerging threats. The PMCS will also oversee contractors, participate in agile ceremonies, and serve as the main point of contact for program communications. Additionally, the role supports integration with security operations and may involve delivering internal training and staying current on cybersecurity innovations.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT Security or Cyber Security
Cyber Security experience including segmentation, vulnerability, and cloud security, enterprise risk management, compliance, security testing, tooling
Strong experience performing project management functions including scope, discovery, budget, resource management, etc.
Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST)
Knowledge DevSecOps practices
