Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cloud Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of cloud-based projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The Cloud Project Coordinator supports the Cloud Program Manager and the project team by handling various administrative and coordination tasks:
Responsibilities:
Assists with gathering information, creation, and review of project, team, and organizational deliverables.
Assists with development of project management documents such as project budgets, schedules, and plans.
Updates and maintains project and team information using the appropriate tools and deliverables.
Proactively researches, identifies, and develops solutions to resolves issues to keep the project on track.
Proactively identifies and resolves data quality issues in deliverables, tables, or test results.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, tracks project metrics, and maintains records.
May lead small projects, enhancements, or continuous improvement efforts.
Works with the project team and stakeholders to ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and status.
Maintains project documentation, including meeting minutes and reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with cloud technologies and project management software is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in project coordination or a related role is preferred

Required Skills & Experience

"Project Management Software: Proficiency in tools like MS Project and Azure DevOps for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress. Data Analysis and Reporting: Skills in Excel and other data analysis tools to create reports, track metrics, and analyze project performance. Documentation and Communication Tools: Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and other documentation tools to manage project documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. "
May have any or all of the primary cloud platforms, but must have one: AWS/Azure/GCP

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

"Budgeting and Financial Management: Skills in managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial control. Cloud Computing Knowledge: Understanding of Cloud Computing."
