JOB DESCRIPTION
Greif is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support complex, enterprise-wide initiatives spanning technology and business transformation. This role is designed for a senior, hands-on change practitioner who can operate independently, think strategically, and execute rigorously. The Change Manager will be embedded within active initiatives and accountable for developing and delivering end-to-end change strategies that drive adoption, readiness, and sustained outcomes. This is not an HR-centered or advisory-only role—it requires deep delivery orientation, strong judgment, and the ability to translate strategy into execution. The ideal candidate is curious, methodical, and forward-thinking, with the discipline to plan before acting and the confidence to own results without requiring coaching or close oversight.

Required Skills & Experience
MUST HAVES
o Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
o 5+ years of experience leading change management across complex IT and business initiatives
o Success in delivering end to end change for cross functional, enterprise programs
o Experience operating as a hands-on change practioner embedded in delivery teams
o Experience working in both agile and traditional project environments
o Experience operating in global, enterprise organizations
o Strong change strategy and planning capabilities with a focus on outcomes, not just deliverables.
o Highly detail-orientated, structured, and methodical approach to work
o Polished, creative-communicator with strong facilitation and presentation skills
o Comfortable getting "hands dirty" and owning execution without reliance on influence-only leadership
o Experience with Jira and Smartsheet
