Compile flight activity and service documentation to determine invoice charges
Review contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
Apply and approve invoice adjustments per revenue policy
Prepare and distribute invoices per billing cycles and contractual agreements
Communicate with Owners and internal teams regarding billing inquiries
Prepare customized reports and validate invoicing data
Maintain invoice archives and customer records
Provide training and support to non-billing teams

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance (OR billing specific experience)
Great attention to detail
Understanding of invoicing practices and financial analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
