Job Description
We are seeking an engineer who understands how to take AI use cases from concept to production. This role focuses on designing, building, deploying, and supporting AI agents and solutions in an enterprise environment, with an emphasis on governance, monitoring, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with teams across the bank to turn AI use cases into production-ready solutions
Design and build AI agents, including data ingestion, orchestration, and deployment
Deploy AI solutions within enterprise ecosystems such as Microsoft Copilot and other cloud platforms
Implement monitoring, logging, controls, and governance for AI agents
Define and track metrics to measure performance, usage, and effectiveness of AI solutions
Ensure security, compliance, and operational standards are met throughout the AI lifecycle
Role Summary
The Senior Cloud/AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy production‑ready AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core services, and Google Vertex AI. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, supporting enterprise workflows through reliable, secure, and well‑governed AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement AI agents using Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core, and Google Vertex AI
• Build agent workflows including intent handling, tool calling, memory usage, and multi‑step task execution
• Develop and optimize prompts, system instructions, and grounding strategies to ensure consistent agent behavior
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns using enterprise data sources, APIs, and document repositories
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems and APIs (ServiceNow, internal platforms, cloud services)
• Deploy and manage agents across development, test, and production environments
• Implement security controls including identity, authorization, and data access boundaries for agents
• Support monitoring, logging, and usage analysis to improve agent quality, reliability, and performance
• Troubleshoot agent behavior, tool failures, and integration issues
• Collaborate with platform, security, and application teams to deliver approved agent use cases
• Contribute to documentation, reusable patterns, and deployment playbooks

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
• 5+ years of experience in software, platform, or cloud engineering
• Hands‑on experience building LLM‑based applications or AI agents
• Strong development skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience deploying services in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong experience with APIs, authentication, and integrations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform extensions
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services or Google Vertex AI
• Familiarity with agent concepts (tool calling, memory, orchestration)
• Experience implementing RAG architectures
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion
• Experience operating applications in enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong debugging, documentation, and collaboration skills
