Day-To-Day:
Insight Global is seeking Information Governance Systems Analyst for one of our largest clients. The Information Governance Analyst will manage data movement and access control, assisting lawyers and staff globally with tasks like file transfers, document access requests, legal holds, and data collection projects. This role requires expertise in electronic legal recordkeeping and records management technology, ensuring the integrity of records throughout their lifecycle. The analyst will have to create compliance procedures, educational materials, and internal controls, tracks key performance indicators, and prepares regular compliance reports. They must deliver superior service, quality work, and foster teamwork and continuous improvement, aligning with the firm's visions and values.
Salary: $90k-130k

3+ years in information management, preferably in a law firm
Experience with records management, document management, and data management solutions
o Filetrail, IRM, Intapp, iManage, Prosperoware, Purview eDiscovery, Litera Power Desktop, RBRO).
Experience with eDiscovery, Litera Power Desktop, and RBRO (Import / Export Management)
Substantial familiarity with Microsoft Office products, SQL databases and SharePoint.
