An employer is seeking a high level Project Manager in Cincinnati for a hybrid role. This person will project manage the most visible strategic effort in their portfolio. It is a highly complex, multi-year program that spans multiple areas of the bank and consists of both FTE and third-party team members. In scope are technical, operational and process modifications for our Credit team, tools, and business processes. This person should be flexible and adaptable and come from a highly regulated industry as they will be interacting with both internal and external auditors.

Required Skills & Experience
Expert in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); adept at tailoring delivery approaches to project needs
Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects, including requirements, design, development, testing and deployment
Strong background leading infrastructure initiatives (network, server migrations, cloud migrations, and security and compliance)
Experience communicating with, responding to and managing expectations of internal and external auditors and regulators
Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to align technical teams, business stakeholders, executives, and third parties around strategic objectives
Experience managing third party relationships, managing to contracts, and ensuring SLAs are met
Proficient with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow SPM, and MS Project
Expertise in identifying risks, creating mitigation plans, and driving organizational change initiatives
Skilled in project financial management including cost estimation, budget tracking and ROI analysis
