Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Human Resources background to lead a strategic initiative to centralize all HR functions across the organization. This role requires a dynamic professional who can transform the client’s vision into actionable plans and deliver results within defined timelines.
Responsibilities include:
Lead HR Centralization Project: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to consolidate HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Project Planning & Execution:
• Create a full project plan by April 2026.
• Drive implementation and execution by July 2026.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption.
Agile Project Management: Apply Agile principles to manage workflows, sprints, and deliverables effectively.
Tool Utilization: Manage project activities using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Excel for communication, documentation, and tracking.
Onsite Engagement: Be available to work onsite as needed for collaboration and project oversight.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven PM experience (5+ years) managing HR-related projects with large-scale resources (100+ HR professionals).
Strong ability to translate client vision into actionable strategies.
Expertise in Agile frameworks and project management methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Able to work onsite - ideally 5 days/week but okay with 2-3 days/week

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in project management within higher education environments.
