Job Description
A large financial organization is seeking a Software Engineer – Quality Engineering III that will sit hybrid onsite in Cincinnati Ohio for a long term contract role. This individual will be working with the IVR/Telephony team to test the system using Cyara. You will be responsible for building out Cyara test cases using CX models which are executable bits of code (kind of like a flow chart or agents) and executing the models for when regression is needed. To be successful, you must be a strong communicator and be willing to work across various teams to track down test that will be loaded into Cyara to run executions on multiple tests. Lastly, it is crucial to be able to accurately create estimations for leaderships visibility to plan releases.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Quality Analysis experience
- 2+ years of experience testing APIs using Postman
- Proven experience accurately estimating testing needs and the time it will take to complete
- Strong communication and ability to work across teams to execute
