Job Description

A client in the Cincinnati, OH area is looking for a Senior Integration Program Manager to lead and oversee complex post-merger integrations, ensuring seamless alignment between acquired entities and existing business operations. This individual will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives across multiple acquisitions, including one large-scale and one medium-sized deal. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating behind-the-scenes operational tasks while also engaging with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders at all levels. Given the growing volume of M&A activity, this role requires deep expertise in due diligence, integration planning, and execution to ensure successful post-merger outcomes.

M&A Integration Strategy & Execution
Lead integration efforts for various acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions.
Develop and tailor integration plans based on the existing framework, adapting strategies to fit each acquisition's unique needs.
Work closely with operations teams to build, implement, and refine integration plans for post-merger success.

Due Diligence & Data Room Management
Actively participate in the due diligence process, reviewing all materials and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analyze data room contents, organize findings, and provide strategic recommendations.
Understand the intricacies of each acquisition, ensuring informed decision-making and risk mitigation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors.
Work collaboratively across departments, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the integration process.

Process Improvement & Documentation
Review, refine, and edit integration plans to ensure best practices and efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all integration activities.
Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance future integration projects.

Required Skills & Experience

Over 10 years of experience in program management,

Expertise in acquisition integration, ensuring seamless transitions and operational alignment post-merger.

Proven ability to collaborate with third-party vendors, managing relationships and ensuring efficient execution of business objectives.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to develop and present compelling reports and strategic plans.

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas for data analysis and reporting.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Extensive experience in the transportation industry

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
