An aerospace company in the Cincinnati, OH area is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to lead our agile scrum team and manage multiple projects within the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will have enterprise experience and a strong background in agile methodologies, with a focus on fostering team collaboration, removing obstacles, and ensuring alignment with critical project needs. Responsibilities include:
-Lead the scrum team and development teams using agile frameworks.
-Assist the Product Owner with requirement management.
-Facilitate daily standups and manage roadblocks for a team of 7-8 members (system developers and infrastructure teams)
-Ensure resource conflicts are aligned with critical needs.
-Help the team move efficiently and tag tasks appropriately.
-Understand and apply agile frameworks to improve team performance.
-Identify and address root causes of issues.
-Keep team members accountable for their work and ensure tasks are completed comfortably.
-Report project status and updates to management.
-Build trust, confidence, and rapport within the team and with stakeholders.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
