Job Description
An employer is seeking a partner to provide a mature Agile scrum team to refine, develop, and deploy enhancements to the suite of custom line of business applications. This team collaborates with the Bank’s architecture team on the design and then be responsible for coding and deployment based on business and functional requirements. These teams will consist of 2-3 full stack developers and 1 technical business analyst on each of the two teams.
The teams should be able to work collaboratively and independently with minimal guidance. They will also have Program Increment planning quarterly, to manage inter-team dependencies.
